Lowongan Inside Sales Specialist - LAB Division di PT Mettler Toledo Indonesia

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for inside sales to direct customers and providing high-level sales support to both the field sales organization and end-users for the LAB division within the Indonesian Sales Organization. Supporting the LAB Sales Product offerings to end users from the quotation phase to closing the sale with minimal Field Sales Representatives' involvement where support is requested.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting LAB business unit in:
• Managing incoming calls from customers and prospects related to leads and quotes
• Leads registration, qualification, and distribution
• Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision, and closing
• Nurturing high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers
• Setting up appointments for Field Sales
• Managing incoming calls from customers and prospects related to leads and quote
• Follow Up on the LAB Sales Rep Open Opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or any majors 
• at least two years of any combination of customer service, sales, call center, or related experience
• A technical background is required with a confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn about our products and/or services
• Active in English
• Customer service oriented
• Telephony skill
