Job Description

1. Maintain relationship between existing coal suppliers, including regular visits and communication. Improve coal supplier source
2. Maintain relationship between existing coal buyer/customer, including regular visits/meeting and communication. Improve coal buyer/customer
3. Track mine's activities and actively communicate with internal or external stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of fundamentals.
4. Understand well the coal market and it's dynamics. Good knowledge of coal mine resources in Indonesia, develop new coal suppliers, expand coal supplier database, and maintain good relations with new coal suppliers.
5. Participate in all work related to coal supply in power plant bidding or manufacture, including mine screening, preliminary coordination and communication with mines, obtaining coal support documents related to bidding, review and negotiation of bidding terms and contract terms related to bidding.
6. according to the company's sales plan, be responsible for formulating coal procurement plans at different stages, organizing the implementation and ensuring the completion.
7. Participate in the formulation and negotiation of procurement contracts, calculate procurement cost and ensure the reasonable cost performance of coal procurement
8. Coordinate the communication between all stakeholders (sales,operation,shipping and sourcing) in the team and be responsible for handling the problems or disputes related to source suppliers in the supply chain, so as to ensure the wmooth implementation of business
9. Maintain all the transaction process from contrac, coal purchased, coal selling, delivery to customer until payment process settlement
10. Report to management periodically related to all the progress and settlement, contract progress, contract settlement, delivery progress, cost & margin calculation.
