Lowongan Cost Accounting Superintendent / Assistant Manager di PT Humana International Indonesia

Our client is a Packaging Manufacturing, Japanese and Chinese joint venture that has been operating in Indonesia for over 50 years and has over ten active plants.

Job Descriptions

• Planning, budgeting, organizing and controlling Accounting and Tax section.
• Handling and Supervising for Strategic Job (Tax, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Banking and Financing, etc).
• Managing and overseeing daily operation activities of the Financial transaction (sales, purchases, receipts, payment) and ensuring that all major company month-end and year-end report are completed accurately and on-time.
• Oversee and manage general accounting functions (account payable, account receivable, general ledger and taxes).
• Represent company to banks, tax office, Accountant Public, Bank of Indonesia and other officials.
• Prepare annual financial statement and budget report.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and related schedules, Bank Reconciliations and Inventory / Assets reports.
• Responsible to handle taxation matters including tax monitoring, tax audits, tax reconciliations and tax analysis.
• Monitoring and reviewing the work of cost accounting supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimal 5 years working experience in company or mixed (preferably have previous experience from Big4), preferable latest 1 year experience as superitendent or assistant manager in costing area of manufacture.
• Fluent in English is (must), preferable can speak Mandarin (Basic).
• Understanding the accounting principle (solid costing background).
• Experience using an accounting system (SAP is a plus).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely.
• Experience working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Willing to work a half-day on Saturday.
• Placement at Factory Office, located at Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.
