Job Responsibilities

1.Identify and recruit high-quality anchors/agencies through various sociaplatforms and voice chat/live streaming apps, including TikTok, Instagram,YouTube, Facebook, and overseas channels.

2.Develop and implement training and management programs foranchors/agencies, ensuring they maintain regular broadcasting schedules,perform daily tasks, and participate in events.

3.Address feedback from hosts/agencies and provide effective solutions in atimely and responsible manner.

4.Monitor basic data results and provide regular feedback to hosts/agency.

Job Requirements

1.2-3 years of experience working with relevant voice/live broadcastapps/platforms is preferred.

2.Familiarity with voice chat broadcasting/live streaming platforms and awealth of local resources is preferred.

3.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitudetowards feedback and the ability to translate ideas into clear and feasiblerecommendations.

4.Experience working with related platforms such as StarMaker, BIGOLIVE, KUMU, Uplive, or MicoLive is preferred.

5.Able to working remotely with own computer or laptop.
