Product Development Executive or we called it as Marketing Product Development Coordinator.
As part of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Product Development Coordinator will work on a cross-functional team and ensure the product is built with integrity, and intention, and aligned with our brand vision and value. He/she will be responsible for the development and marketing strategy around new product ideas, incorporating research (Internal & External), concept development projects & capabilities with market analysis to support product roadmaps & innovative new products.
Work under the Brand team and coordinates with an internal team including sales and also R&D (manufacturing) to ensure that new products meet development targets and support the organization’s objectives.
Job Description :
- Develop brand marketing strategy: New Product Development, Pricing, and Promotion in ATL, BTL, and Distribution channels cooperate with the Marketing Manager.
- Develop, Monitor Marketing Plan, and measures the effectiveness of each key sales and promotion budget including local/tactical promotion activities/consumer programs.
- Monitor /survey and performed analysis from market share data on the Bread category.
- Responsibilities for collecting information, developing market strategies, marketing intelligence, and promotion activities, to support Marketing strategic development.
- Responsibilities for collecting information, developing market strategies, marketing intelligence, and also promotion activities, to support the Brand Manager.
- Responsible for projects (New Products / Re-launches) together with New Product Project Teams (R&D, Purchasing, and another respective department).
- Manage & coordinate with an advertising agency and event organizer to ensure advertising ideas & activation are brought to bear on the brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from all majors.
- Min 3 years in FMCG Company (Marketing or Sales)
- Skills: Negotiation Skills, Communication, and Presentation Skills
