                             Business Development Manager for Advanced Products - CTS Division
To support the sustainability pillar within our organization, Atlas Copco Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Manager for CTS Advanced products.
This position will report directly to the Business Line Manager of CTS Sales and Marketing.
Mission:
- Be responsible for the business development and technical support for Advanced Services products such as Airscan, Optimizer, Equalizer, Energy Recovery and Airnet for CTS Division.
- To develop sustainable advance services product business in Indonesia by creating a solid sales structure & process.Â

Advance services products:
- Create sales presentation materials and present the Atlas Copco productivity solutions to prospective customers.
- Plan and perform field visits to assess customer needs based on their machine installations and specific needs and targets.
- Provide assistance to equipment salesman on closing deals that includes CTS connectivity & energy saving solutions.
- Plan, organize and conduct sales visits to promote, negotiate and conclude orders from current and prospective customers. Sales visits may be alone, with AC salesman or with indirect channel salesman.
- Prepare an action plan to effectively utilize existing AC business tools or other avenue for leads generation.
AIRnet business:
- Close co-ordination & follow-up with equipment sales team on the development of new prospects. Joint Visits.
- Identify & develop new installers within the region to support project management & installation
- Identify & develop top notch Engineering companies & ensure AIRnet is defined in the master specs for compressed air installations
- Distributor Management: Develop & train local distributors on AIRnet products, Techno-commercial support, stock managementÂ
- Obtain, develop, prepare, and present sales materials, exhibits and promotional programs. Attend exhibits, conferences, and other local promotional opportunities
- Initial site surveys, Pipe sizing, creating Quotations & BOQ Maintaining project costing to ensure the project is completed in the allocated budget.
Other:
- Responsible for complete project management with support of project engineers.
- Maintain customer base, sales activities, opportunities, quotations and leads within CRM
- Monthly reporting of CTS Advanced Products business and activities.
- Establish and maintain regular contacts with existing and new customers
- Execute other jobs and projects that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Experience requirements:
- Experience on market analysis.
- Experience on machinery and/or service sales would be an advantage.
Knowledge:
- Ability to understand all the compressed air terminologies
- Knowhow of piping project management would be a plus
- Ability to create basic drawings on AutoCAD will be a plus

Educational requirements:
- University degree in technical or commercial field or similar through experience.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering degree is preferred.
Personality requirements:
- Mature personality.
- Driven sales attitude.
- Customer focus – maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction; take action when needed to meet the expectation of customers
- Good standard of presentation skills.
