Lowongan CSR Education Section Head - BSD di PT Bumi Serpong Damai

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for developing strategies, concepts, and proposal for Social-Education programs that are oriented towards Sustainability.
• Implement CSR Education program, through event organizing, training and assistance.
• Build collaborate and maintain relationship with Stakeholders.
• Manage publications of CSR education program through photo and video content, social media, mass media, also for the use of Sustainability Reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in education science, Social Development, Welfare, Sociology, Psychology, or other related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in managing Education-Social programs.
• Having experience in creating and managing Social-Education program on Corporate Social Responsibility based.
• Have in-depth skills related to: Corporate Social Responsibility, Social-Education program and Development analysis.
• Having knowledge about ESG, ISO 26000 and Social Return on Investment (SRol).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skill, multitasking, and decision making.
• Have the ability to create and manage program proposals and publication content (Social media content, press release, etc).
• Good communication, good leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
