Roles & Responsibilities : 

1. Responsible for operating the finance reconciliation system on a daily basis

2. Communicate with both internal & external parties regarding any discrepancy, report, and solve with the relevant parties

3. Report and solve any discrepancy with relevant parties 

4. Assist the accounting department with the monthly reconciled report

5. Ad hoc, if any

Requirement : 

1. Familiar with Microsoft Office, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel

2. Good at handling data recapitulation and reconciliation between numerous parties

3. Fast learner and adaptive

4. Data precision and quick problem-solving attitude

5. A good communicator

Preferred Skills :

1. Microsoft Office Excel
