Experience and skills required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (preferably from Psychology/Human Resources/Management or other relevant major)
- Minimum age 26 years
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources & General Manager field
- Have good knowledge of building assets and maintenance
- Able to communicate in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms Excel is a must (Formula, Pivot, Hlookup, Vlookup)
- Able to meet deadlines with good time management skills
- Understand Labour Law and Job Creation Law.
- Can help run HR functions both internally and externally.
- Know things related to BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
- Leadership, understand payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, industrial relations
- Ability to meet deadlines with good time management skills

What you will be doing (HR)
- Perform HR fulfilment through various recruitment activities starting from the initial process to the end.
- Perform personnel administration in terms of attendance, overtime, sanctions, promotions, and mutations
- Facilitate the implementation of training activities
- Handle administration related to licensing documents to government agencies
- Maintain personnel-related data records (personal information, leave, employee turnover rate, etc.) both on paper and in the database and ensure all labour requirements are met
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by greeting candidates, conducting vetting, shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, manage the team agenda, etc.
- Create and submit reports on general HR activities
- Maintain employee files in cupboards to be well organised
- Provide support related to Human Correspondence and Forms as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
- Understand Company policies & legal guidelines in the field in Indonesia (applicable Labour Laws) & Company Laws        Â
What you will be doing (GA & Receptionist):
- Responsible for office building maintenance                                       Â
- Caring for the office environment (parking lot, office yard, warehouse, etc.)
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment (workspace, lobby and all areas of the company)Â Â Â Â
- Handle the care/maintenance of the building and its supporting facilities          Â
- Controlling the work of Security and Cleaning Service, setting Security schedules       Â
- Handle the procurement and distribution process of stationery and other work tools (tables, chairs, laptops, computers, etc.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Handling the procurement process of official vehicles and organising vehicle schedules and Operational drivers                                                              Â
- Responsible for inputting, storing and updating official vehicle data      Â
- Responsible for maintaining company asset data, asset management, building permits
- Submission and processing of claims, general administration and filling of documents, handling daily operational arrangements of company cars                                      Â
- Responsible for all company licensing activities (building, billboard, and others), both the creation, extension and documentation.
- Perform company administration tasks as needed and other receptionist functions  Â
- Provide stationary requests, manage stock and report to superiors. Â
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for GA Administration.                       Â
- Perform correspondence activities; incoming letters and outgoing letters (drafting/typing and distributing) to related sections                                                                 Â
- Filing all incoming documents and external letters, receiving guests, telephones and storing important Company archives.
