Kriteria:

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree
• Age between 30-40 years old
• Have experience in the same position minimum 3 year
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law UU13/2003 and Ciptakerja
• Have certificate competency in HR/IR/HSSE
• Good leadership
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Have good analytical, problem solving, and communication skill in managing team
• Have been vaccinated booster (priority)
• Willing to work in Solo Raya

Plan, organize / coordinate and control the implementation of all activities in the field of Human Resources and General Affair (General) in accordance with company policies and procedures, so that a skilled and dedicated workforce is available

• Operational implementation of General Affair activities
• Assisting the implementation of employee training and development program activities
