Account Manager 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and become the Point of Contact for clients
• Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
• Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Public Relation or relevant degree 
• Proven work experience as Sales Representative, Account Manager or relevant role. Prior experience in medical field is a plus,
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, 
• Ability to utilise MS Office/GSuite,
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs,
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail,
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
