Lowongan HSE Manager (Dept Head) di PT Akr Land Development

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor or Diploma degree Public Health / Occupational Safety and Health / Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in HSE Manager/Ast Manager high rise building (Property/Construction)
• Certification : General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), SMK3, Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
• Conversant with OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001, Risk Management Knowledge, Incident Accident investigation process and Audit process
• Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
• Fluent in English will be an advantage
• Willing to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• To implement, promote, and maintain of HSE Management System in all building area.
• Supporting company to gain; Zero Incidents, Zero Injuries, Zero Illness and Zero harm in managing building operation.
• Demonstrate good Cost & Budget awareness
• Proactive in developing best HSE Behavior to all personnel and delivering best safe working environment
• Provide HSE expertise and specific physical support for any project operation activity required
• Developing P2K3 Report and submit to Management
• Conductiong new employee orientation and safety induction
• Conducting HSE routine inspection
