Accountability and Objectives

• Enhancing and supporting in controlling activities on business
• Performing the business controlling activities for budgeting, reporting, analysis and forecasting at Local level liaising with Asia Pacific (APAC) and Group headquarter guidelines and requirements.
• Preparing and analyzing management reporting on KPIs
• Proactively collaborating with IT department in maintaining and developing IT controlling tools
• Coordinate one resource to provide reliable information to support management’s decision making on Operations activities (Sales, Marketing, and other business operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the yearly budgeting and the regular reporting, analysis, and forecasting
• Variances analysis
• Keeping a strict interaction with controlled departments to be updated on the relevant business trends.
• Collaborating with Group Controlling department for general guidelines, ad hoc analysis, and reporting
• Preparing Monthly closure activities
• Mastering the IT systems of the function, supporting IT department to the best development of the tools

Skills & expertise

• At least 5 years of experience in business controlling role in structured international companies (Preferably from the automotive industries, especially 2W/motorcycle)
• Well-based financial, accounting, controlling competences.
• IT systems: Solid knowledge of SAP, in particular FI & CO module. (knowledge in MM is optional).
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools is needed.
• Languages: fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
