JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree from Finance/Accounting
• At least have 3 years working exp. in related field
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Have a good interpersonal, communication, and managerial skill
• Familiar with SAP or other accounting system
• Have knowledge of Tax & Finance Regulation
• Hard worker, honest, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Computer literate (excel) is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitoring all financial activities (invoicing, AR/AP) and tightening of Account Receivable control to avoid any bad debt possibility
• Create and deliver accurate management accounts and relevant management report before deadline
• Supporting company financial report
• Speed up completion of tax audit, tax objection, & tax appeal
• Manage daily activities of the accounting of the accounting members to quickly and accurately record the revenues (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, check runs, account receivable transactions, recording of revenue expenses, taxation, etc).
• Prepare documents for tax audit, external audit & banks
• Financial budgeting and strategic palnning
• Maintain communication & coordination with all related parties associated with finance activities
• Managing cash flow to support all operation activities effeciently
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
