Lowongan Fit Out Coordinator di PT Wahana Anak Indonesia

• Assist contractor and all vendors in the fit-out process from start untill the opening of the store, both technically and administratively.
• Coordinate with landlord fit out department.
• Maintain standardization of store unit designs, especially in the fields of Civil, Architectural and ME related to building installations.
• Prepare the physical condition of the space, the need for electricity, exhaust and fresh air, and others in accordance with the needs of the store.
• Controlling every fit out work of the upcoming store from the beginning to the opening.
• Checklist for the working progress during/after opening, and follow up on defect list work until the condition of the store is complete.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the same fields especially in Retail / Mall Management. 
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D, 4D 
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Understand the duties and responsibilities in the field of fit out tenant space.
• Have a good knowledge about Fit Out SOP
• Have a good communication skills to coordinate with relevant departments regarding tenant administration requirements that must be met before and after the unit operates.
• Have Good Problem Solving & Handling complaints
• Able to create planning/schedulling, supervision of work, reporting, leadership of team, vendor and contractor.
