Job Description:

• Managing internal purchase data base
• Updating prices from different suppliers in data base
• Searching for suppliers of required items via digital or telecommunication
• Backing up purchasing executive to search for required items
• Coordinating with Purchasing Executive to do Vendor QA and price/payment term negotiation
• Assisting Procurement Manager to control inventory for trading/projects as well as forecast and stock buffer

Qualifications:

• Having experiences in instrument or electrical for industry is preferable
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• GOOD English communication language in written and speaking
• PROVICIENT Mandarin communication language in written and speaking is a plus point
• GOOD knowledge of export/import regulations
• GOOD logical thinking in analytics and mathematics
• GOOD negotiation skills
