Requirement :

· Previous experience working as a BD.

· Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

· Advanced in communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Advance computer skills.

· Bachelor’s degree .

· Experience in FMCG\Telecommunication\Tobacco Industry minimum 3 years.

· Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Role :

l Responsible to develop and pursue sales target set by company.

l Manage a good relationship with client (distributors, chain stores)

l Responsible to incharge local distributors, regarding inventory and safety stock arrangement, distribution program and new item stocks availbility.

l Responsible for must have SKUs availbility in core stores in accordance with the product line specified by the company.

l Responsible to collect market feedback (includes: stock circulation, updated prices, best seller products, product feedback, new competitor products, ongoing competitor programs or promos)

l Responsible for executing events run by the company, as well as ensuring display and branding, POSM implementation in retail core stores according to company standards.

l Responsible for increasing or maintaining the market share in the area concerned.
