JOB OBJECTIVES :

• Responsible for providing considerations and suggestions from a legal perspective towards facing problems that the company might have, focusing on managing permit and license, as well as land acquisition process
• Responsible on representing the company inside and outside the court, as given the power of attorney from the head of the company
• Able to give legal considerations asked by other departments inside the scope of the company

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for licensing via OSS and Non-OSS in the fields of Nickel, Rock, Property and Plantation mining
• Responsible for making internal reports regarding licensing updates and licensing filing
• Responsible for negotiating land and filing land transfer documents from the Village Level up to the Land Acquisition process
• Responsible for solving social problems faced by companies that have an impact on legal consequences
• Responsible for carrying out legal drafting (Agreements, Minutes, etc.) and their archiving
• Responsible for carrying out inventory activities and resolving legal issues faced by the company

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor Degree in Law 
• Minimum 2 years experience, focusing in License, Permits, Land Acquisition, and Legal Issues
• Having a good understanding on the basics of Legal Drafting 
• Able to give Legal opinions  
• Preferably has a PKPA certificate 
• Good in analyze, critical, and detail oriented 
• Has a Brevet A&B certificate is a plus
• Must be understand OSS and non-OSS licensing
• Fluent in english both verbal and written 
• Willing to travel outside Jakarta
