• Plan out the client's campaign timeline, KPIs, and budget
• Maintain relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor and the media consultant/expert for clients media investments
• Integrated effectively and in good manner with clients, teams, vendors and agency partners
• Lead strategic media plan recommendations that solves the client brief
• Supervised the end-to-end operations of client campaigns, ensuring the team has achieved campaign KPIs within agreed timeline and budget
• Supervised the analysis of campaign data to gain useful insights and present findings in a way that is clear, concise, and relevant to the audience
• Research and find new business opportunities
• Lead pitching process to gain new business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media planning at digital agency
• 3 - 4 years of leadership experience
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have strong knowledge in digital media insights and analysis for planning, reporting and
• insights on campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Candidates should be able to present thoughts, plans and ideas in a good and clear manner
