Responsibility:

- Conduct market research, identify trends & develop product ideas

- Collaboration with purchaser & designer to execute the concept

- Ensuring product ideas are executed and all features are implemented properly and precisely

- Monitor planning schedules and ensure deadlines are met

- Proactive quality control testing for the product and its features

- The main responsibilities of this role are planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating product or merchandise strategies in order to achieve sales targets.

- Preparing a product strategy according to market needs

- Analyzing sales and inventory data as the basis for the product buying process.

Qualification:

- Min Bachelor Degree in Product Development

- Min 2 years as a Product Development in Outdoor/ Fashion industry.

- Have interest with outdoor activities

- Able to do product research and analyze it into a new product concept

- Understanding the types and quality of raw materials

- Able to make product development plans in monthly and annual periods

- Follow the development of fashion trends
