- Plan and purchase raw material according to sap system requirement for in-house as well as sub contract if there is
- Arrangement stock control or stock take at subcon for any overuse material.
- Monitor percentage scrap for any consign material to outside vendor with Finance dept involve
- Monitor the inventory level at min level
- Provide weekly rolling forecast schedule to supplier and follow up the acknowledgement for vendor
- Daily call off schedule for those suppliers involve JIT local supplier, through portal schedule
- Commitment any supply issue ahead to planner if there is any foreseen material supply issue
- Declare to planner if there is any excess stock incur due to fluctuation order
- On time supply material to production according to planner schedule
- Review and follow up material supply issue with all respective suppliers
- Review supplier capacity in term of machine and tool capacity
- Measure supplier delivery performance by monthly
- Understand SAP (MRP system)
- Analyze & Planning
- Understand and Good English Communications skills.
- Able work under pressure
- Strong personality
