Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Scope of Work:

  • Responsible to ManPowerPlanning, flow process, and strategy
  • Responsible in screening and sourcing candidates from every platform
  • Hands-on the offering process such as negotiating salary rates benefit with potential candidates and request approval from directors
  • Responsible in creating the contract agreement and handling the document administration
  • Assist HR manager to control the whole process of recruitment
  • Manage the recruitment database and set the recruitment priority list based on manager's direction
  • Develop the recruitment SOP, Policy, & System and socialize it to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment process
  • Design the training planning & flow process such as training need analysis, create training curriculum, pitching with third parties or vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Psychology
  • At least 3 years experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Experience in Retail Industry is point plus
  • In depth knowledge of Recruitment process and strategy
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking System, Manpower Planning, Job Portal
  • Excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and company environment

Plus Point if you:

  • Experienced in hiring manpower with experience in retail industry
  • Having experience in managing team

  • Strong judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
