Lowongan Logistics Staff di PT Ifm Electronic Indonesia

We are currently seeking a Logistics Staff for our Jakarta office

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the day to day operational functions of receiving and distribution of all inbound goods and outbound goods and supplies including the picking, packing and shipping of all customers orders
• To support the sales effort by providing good quality stock levels and rapid response to all stock queries

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Managing all the incoming / outgoing shipment, storage and issuance of goods
• Goods in receipt to the system
• Physical check of goods against incoming shipment documents (Packing List)
• Prepare paperwork for delivery and packing of goods
• Generate Outbound and Print Picking List / Packing Slip
• Pick and Pack items
• Fill in details on courier slip for delivery (Provided by Courier)
• Communicate with courier company to arrange delivery
• Track & record customer delivery orders status 
• To support inventory management
• Take responsibility and ownership of the goods in the store
• Ensure the store is always in tidy and clean condition
• Periodic stock taking
• Perform any other adhoc relevant tasks as and when required

Requirements & Skills

• A minimum high school diploma
• 2 years of related logistics experience
• Basic knowledge of customs duties / HS code
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Customer oriented
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• English / Bahasa Speaking
