Job Desc:

• Ensure HSE program well implemented.
• Ensure the running of the ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 program and make documentation.
• Create HSE reports and analyze work accident statistics.
• Promoting HSE and safety communication (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees.
• Conduct inspections on work equipment, labor, workforce health and the work environment.
• Reviewing and conduct occupational safety complies to standart and safety training.
• Able to do work accident prevention and investigate the cause.
• Create SOP / WI for internal Department.
• Conduct HSE Internal Training.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health/K3/Engineering etc.
• Minimum 4 years experience as HSE Manager at construction project.
• Have strong leadership and good analytical.
• Have good communication skill.
• Must have a certificate of The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/) or AK3U from KEMENAKER.
