Key Responsibilities:

• Customer journey - UX management
• Systems integration (Dexperien, Tableau, Magento, Zendesk, WhatsApp, iReap, Service Centres, Event)
• Database management
• Clientelling system

Job Descriptions:

• Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help brands implement effective solutions
• Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value
• Integrate CRM system infrastructure
• Liaise with CRM vendors on system enhancements
• Liaise with IT, Time Digital, and leading brands on CRM system enhancement, recommending new approaches
• Review data accuracy

Requirements:

• Proficient in SQL and relational database
• Strong commercial understanding, preferably with B2C experience
• Ability to communicate complex ideas with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management and consulting skills
• Working knowledge of customer data in a complex environment
• Working knowledge of CRM or digital marketing technologies
