Job Description:
The National Sales Manager oversees the growth and profitability of MEDTEK Indonesia’s operations by providing competent leadership. He/She is responsible for managing the key sales functions and processes of our company’s product lines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of market analysis, promotion, sales, and support of all Pt. herman Medtek human product lines
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, sales conditions and tender pricesÂ
- Develop and maintain rapport with KOLs in the marketplace to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities. Monitor competitive market situationsÂ
- Develop, motivate, and challenge staff to achieve top performance.Â
- Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitmentÂ
- Focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to quality and compliance
- Monitor performance/ refocus resources/ ensure achievement of operating plan Â
- Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions Â
- Adapt local organization as needed by challenging existing structures and internal processes Â
- Develop the local organization by identifying and growing diverse talents to achieve the long-range plan and vision Â
- Create a learning organization and develop a strong succession planÂ
- Build relations/ company image by maintaining close contact with customers, Health Care authorities, registration offices, Health Care associations, government, patient groups and the community Â
- Ensure all company activities are conducted within the framework of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable lawsÂ
- Meet the minimum requirements of customer sales calls and account visits as defined by the company
- Meet the accounts collection objective monthlyÂ
Qualifications: Â
- Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales towards growth and enhanced sales volume and revenue. Â
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Tools, and other related softwareÂ
- Excellent communication (Bahasa Indonesia and English) and leadership skills.Â
- Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.Â
- Experience in evaluation product market situations transforming into actionable sales strategies and approachÂ
- Excellent negotiation skillsÂ
- Educational Level/Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in a sales managerial position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Preferably with experience in Healthcare business handling Government and Private market
- Preferably with experience in Diagnostic and/or Instruments/Modality
- Have SIM A driver’s license
