Lowongan Store Leader - PIC di PT Everbesindo Surya Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Is a role model for customer service and boosts sales and Brand experience
• Coaches, motivates, and inspires store team members (SPG/B) to maximize and drive a performance culture
• Communicate with customers regularly to perceive customer expectation and feedback
• Driving sales and customer loyalty to achieve established sales target
• Actively collaborates and shares best practices to drive store team members (Sales Associate) performance
• Guides and trains new team member on basic core and product knowledge
• Coordinate with Area Manager for sales report, inventory report and market strategy
• Maintains a safe shopping and working environment by ensuring company policy and procedures are adhered

Requirements:

• Education minimum SMA/SMK
• Having minimum 2 year experience working in Retail Company as a LEADER/PIC
• Highly passionate about Fashion Trends
• In good health condition and good looking
• Have an advanced selling and supervisory experience
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and contribute to improving customer experience
• Have an excellent customer service mindset
• Able to operate Ms. Office is essential
• Willing to work within shift, weekend, and Public Holidays
• All around Indonesia (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi)
