Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
* Conducting legal research on the prevailing laws and regulations;
* Responsible for providing legal advice/opinion to the management, business team, and other internal team in the Company’s Group to be in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations
* Be part of the team to handle corporate actions and merger and acquisition
* Responsible for legal due dilligence pertaining to any corporate action that the company is involved in
* Responsible for all legal related matters (i.e. agreement drafting/review, corporate action, and legal database/archive management) in the Company’s Group
* Analyze and make bilingual agreement (English)
Requirement
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law (IPK min 3,5)
* At least 6 - 7 Year(s) of working experience in the field of legal
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review
* Detail, discipline, and willing to learn
* Prior experience in conducting Legal Due Dilligence and Corporate Action is a MUST
* Drafting commercial agreements with partner (buyer/vendor/etc)
* Have experience in media is a plus
