Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and purchasing activities.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
• Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines,
• Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee the supplier database, purchasing records, and all related documentation.
• Manage inventory control.
• Ensure that all procured items meet the required standards and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage purchasing budgets.
• Work to constantly improve finance and purchasing systems and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, vendor liaising), supply chain procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
• Ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
