Qualifications :

• Maximum 30 years old.
• Having Bachelor Degree in Economic / Business Administration.
• Having 1 year experience as Administration staff.
• Preferably domicile is in Cikarang Timur area.
• Pro Active and positive attitude.
• Willing to learn how to work within a team and independently.
• Excellence office application skill ( Microsoft Word, Excel , Power Point,etc).
• Able to work under pressure.

Job Description:

• To follow SOP and working instruction.
• To done daily of trucking administration reports and issue POD.
• To control and monitor the documents relate with trucking activities as per required by customer.
• To monitor truck schedules and truck routes to ensure safety and timely arrival in customer.
• To update report that needed for KPI and Milestone required by customer.
• To be able to communicate with various of people to support trucking administration job.
• To update any information relate with truck shipment in trucking database.
