Requirement :

• Age: Min 28
• Bachelor degree in law, Master's degree is a plus
• Have experience in manufacturing company min. 3 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Fluent in English; verbal & written, Mandarin is a plus
• Certified in PKPA, and others related with the law is a plus
• Good knowledge of the OSS system

Responsibilities :

1. Review and design agreements/contracts/ legal documents and ensure they comply with the company's internal rights and Indonesia's regulations.
2. Prepare documents and manage signing circulation.
3. Maintain and manage company documents and records (legal).
4. Ensure that all permits and corporate governance processes comply with laws and regulations and internal company regulations.
5. Cooperate with notaries, external consultants, other divisions within the company, and third parties on legal matters.
6. Upholding company rights in relation to press law and regulations.
7. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
8. Protect and provide services to the company with best litigation practices.
