Job Descriptions:

- Perform recruitment process (end-to-end), such as create job advertisement, shorlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, interviewing, giving psychologycal assesment and on-boarding

- Design, create & direct company hiring initiatives for new talent 

- Arrange user interview and managing schedule

- Reviewing probation staff performance

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree majoring Psychology

- At least 2 year of working experience as Talent Acquisition Staff / Recruitment Staff are required for this position

- Having experience as Recruiter in IT company will be a plus

- Having good knowledge about Psychological Test and Interpretation of Psychological Test

- Having good knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level

- Possess strong working motivation and able to work under the tight deadlines

- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Ilustrator is a plus 

- Communicative, target oriented and strategic thinking

- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
