The National Sales Manager oversees the growth and profitability of MEDTEK Indonesia’s operations by providing competent leadership. He/She is responsible for managing the key sales functions and processes of our company’s product lines.
Has accountability for sales activities involving all facets of the product lines within the company.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide sales team with the leadership and direction needed to achieve sales, margin and market share goals
- Set vision aligning employees and decision processes to maximize potential in the long-range plan period and beyond
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, sales conditions and tender prices
- Develop and maintain rapport with KOLs in the market place to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities. Monitor competitive market situations
- Develop, motivate and challenge staff to achieve top performance.Â
- Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitment
- Focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to quality and compliance
- Monitor performance/ refocus resources/ ensure achievement of operating plan
- Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions
- Adapt local organization as needed by challenging existing structures and internal processes
- Develop the local organization by identifying and growing diverse talents in order to achieve the long-range plan and vision
- Create a learning organization and develop a strong succession plan
- Build relations/ company image by maintaining close contact with customers, Health Care authorities, registration offices, Health Care associations, government, patient groups and the community
- Ensure all company activities are conducted within the framework of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws
Qualifications  :
- Prior experience as National Sales Manager; Minimum 5 years of working experience in a sales managerial position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
-   Educational Level/Degree: Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Veterinarian (drh.), Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
- Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales towards growth and enhanced sales volume and revenue.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareÂ
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
- Experience in evaluation product market situations transforming into actionable sales strategies and approach
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and listening)
