Position Summary

Here we are looking for footwear developer to join our team. Drive product development from brief to confirm for production. in this role you are responsibility for tracking and guiding product throughout product creation systems, analyze and review briefs, design tech packages, models and samples. Focus on development through footwear standard and find technical solutions. Footwear Product Developers are critical in aligning the team throughout the product creation process. They manage relationships, as well as, facilitate reviews, delivery, and approvals of Footwear. The ideal candidate will have experience in footwear industry, have strong sense of style and an eye for detail, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage development timelines and critical paths for assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Oversee sample making process, ensuring samples meet all specifications and requirements
• Manage changes to specifications and construction methods throughout the development process, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all relevant parties
• Conduct fit and wear tests to ensure footwear products meet comfort, functionality, and performance requirements
• Plan and execute project development according to the seasonal critical dates that lead to on–time delivery of sales samples and production confirmation
• Create and maintaining BOM and fulfill development requirements
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams at appropriate times to facilitate process

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior high school in related area of study
• 1-2 years experience in footwear development or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the footwear development process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people
• Bilingual in English and Indonesia or Mandarin
