1. Conducting market research to obtain property buying, selling dan rental prices and market segmentation.
2. Make plans for research, strategy, project targets, and complete them according to schedule.
3. Make listing submissions, check documents clients, collaborate with notaries, and become a consultant for clients.
4. Conduct research on government regulations and applicable civil law.
5. Doing marketing jobs to get clients, listing property, and helping transactions until completed.

Requirement :

• Must be possess at least bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience as marketing (having experience in the property sector is a plus)
• Familiar with industry and apartment regulation, buying, selling and renting law and investment.
• Fluent in English is a must and fluent in Japanese would be advantage.
• Able to work independent and team, good interpersonal skills, serious work attitude, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable, detail-oriented, and price.
• Able to work hard with targets and deadlines.

Working Hours: 08:30-17:30
