REQUIREMENT

1. Min Bachelor Degree (S1)
2. Have Experience in Purchasing. Certain knowledge about steel prices and supply is highly appreciated.
3. Have Skill or Knowledge in Import and Export Operation. Ahli Kepabeanan holder is preferred.
4. Have Experience for work with ERP System such as SAP R3 or SAP B1.
5. Good Leadership and can work under pressure
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa and English
7. Strong negotiation skills
8. Proficient is using Microsoft Excel

​JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for Procurement Process (RFQ, Price Negotiation, Purchase Order and Good Receive) for all Raw Material, Consumables, Part and Tools and Dies.
2. Manage Import and Export Operation
3. Manage Warehouse Operation for (Part Receiving, Storage and Part Supply to Production Line).
4. Develop and Maintain Supplier Management (supplier Audit, Supplier Performance, and Supplier Development)
5. Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
6. Make Reporting to all related dept regarding procurement Activity.
7. Manage Supplier Contract and Agreement
