Job Responsibility:

Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost center accounting reports; weekly and seasonal management report and ensure timely financial and management reports.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Direct, coordinate, and monitor all accounting activities (i.e. petty cash, journal entries, payroll, etc), ensure all revenues and expenditures are appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriate supported transaction documents (i.e. receipts, companys appropriate form, etc), in a timely manner, in order to minimize errors and to support financial reporting activity.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Able to make the consolidated financial statements as income statement, balance sheet, cash flow
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
Must have good capability and strong knowledge of accounting
Sound knowledge in taxation especially in VAT Tax, and import / export tax issues (Bonded Zone Tax regulation), and compliance.

Qualifications:

Age: 27 - 40 years old.
Bachelors degree in accounting from reputable university, with at least 10 years working experience and minimum 5 years in supervisory level, preferably in garment industries and multinational company.
Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship skill, self motivated, resourceful and creative problem-solver.
Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to maintain a good performance working under pressure and able to motivate & set a good example; Able motivate, train and keep such staff regularly appraised of their performance. A strong focus on teamwork is expected.
Proficient computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Detail oriented, good in analytical skill, accuracy and in a timely manner.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
