Qualifications :

• D3/S1 minimum education with a major in MSDM/Psychology
• At least one year of experience in recruitment/people development
• Mastery of Microsoft Office 
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain company confidentiality

Responsibilities are assigned :

• Manage the employee recruitment and selection process
• The monitoring of employee training implementation is going well
• Establishing communication and good relationships with related educational institutions/institutions in order to facilitate the process of finding the necessary manpower.
• Maintaining/updating the Organizational Structure and Job Description in accordance with the needs of the company
