• Assist in technicalities on coordinating and executing event management for Marketing & Sales as well as ensure all that activities are conducted according to guidelines.
• Active participation in pitching concept ideas to define relevant topics and target groups with all relevant interfaces in Marketing, Sales, etc.
• Developed checklist of events preparation and make sure all requirements can be fulfilled e.g availability of venues, speakers, caterings, workshop speciments and instrumentations and evaluation forms, and certifications.
• Contribute to maintaining social media & website under Aesculap Academy guideline/report & processes.

Professional Competencies:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science, Digital Marketing or Communications from reputable University.
• At least 1 years experiences as event management or training and education field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office).
