• Provide specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program
• Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points.
• Prepare / Review the following Quality procedure documents submitted by the Subcontractors such are Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval Request (MAR).
• Controlling inspection status by using systematic tools such as inspection matrix.
• Setting and applying practical inspection process of particular discipline based on Project requirements and International Codes (providing ITP & managing Matrix)
• Control NCRs to be closed out within the due date and supporting to prepare Corrective Action Plan properly.
• Performing and coordinating inspection with client.
• Carry out QC Supervisor’s responsibility in his/her absence.
• Control quality violations through regular tool box talk with the construction team.
• Inspect incoming material deliveries by confirming specifications and compliance with approved submittals, conduct visual and measurement tests in conjunction with the onsite logistics team.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in Construction Industry (Civil or Steel Structure)
• Excellent attention to details
• Technical knowledge and familiar with related international codes and standards in particular discipline
• Able to check that suitable and appropriate inspection and test tools are used
• Investigate and analyze non-conformity and observations and figuring out solutions
• Must be able to speak English, passive is NOT accepted.
