Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for local system installation, deployment, commissioning and delivery;

2. Responsible for solving technical problems after system delivery (on-site or remote);

3. Responsible for coordinating the company's remote technology resources to solve problems.

Qualification:

1. Proficient in using Linux systems (better to understand multiple systems), capable of writing shell scripts, and more than 2 years of work experience;K
2. Know network commands such as ping telnet, be good at troubleshooting network problems, and be familiar with common database operations;
3. Have the ability to install the Linux operating system on the server, configure the network, and complete the software deployment and troubleshooting from 0 to 1;
4. Know about K8S. You can use Docker to deploy services skillfully. You have used physical servers and know about the data center;
5. Active thinking, clear logic, good at thinking and abstraction, good communication and expression skills;
6. A systematic problem solving method, a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated continuous learning, with good coordination and promotion ability and anti-pressure ability.
7. Ability to travel for long periods of time.

MUST-HAVE

Technical capacity：

1. Basic troubleshooting of network problems;
2. Troubleshooting and data query of database and cache (mysql/redis);
3. Proficient in shell/linux/docker, familiar with k8s operation and maintenance.

Language:

Bahasa Indonesia must (usually anative speaker )

English: (must to have) and can orally communicate with our Clients on the techinical support topics, and reply emails
