Job Description:

• Identifying individual and organizational development needs Planning, constructing, developing, and implementing comprehensive end-to-end training modules, programs, and workshops
• Conducting training and workshop programs
• Evaluating the success of development plans and identifying areas for improvement
• Assisting team members in their professional development

Job Specification:

• Proven experience of at least three years as an L&D Supervisor, Training Supervisor, People Development, or other relevant position
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
• Current understanding of effective methods, platforms, and practices of learning and development
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; keen businesss ense
• Professional certification would add additional points on behalf of the candidate
• Willing based in Kapuk – North Jakarta
• Willing to mobile to conduct the training program
