Job Description:

• Experienced in making warehouse layouts to make them more effective and efficient
• Plan, propose, implement and evaluate programs in the Operation Warehouse section
• Design and arrange efficient work scheduling
• Plan, propose and or propose the needs of facilities and infrastructure required by the warehouse operation
• Supervise in order to ensure that all programs and operations in the warehouse & logistics run according to the plans and standards that have been set
• Ensuring stock availability for sales needs
• Responsible for stock accuracy both in terms of data and physical goods
• Do stock taking and be responsible for the results
• Designing the right analytical methods and methods to get problem solving and fix errors that arise in warehouse operations to achieve continuous improvement
• Coordinate with internal parties
• Ensuring all activities in the warehouse run according to SOPs and company policies

Job Requirement:

• Age Min. 28 yrs to max 33 yrs
• Minimum education D3 equivalent / all majors
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
• Good understanding of Supply Chain (from incoming goods to outgoing goods)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Can use warehouse supporting applications, such as ginee, accurate, etc
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamix/GP
• Accustomed to working with deadlines
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Able to communicate well
• Have mature leadership skills
• Having problem solving, planning & organizing skills
