• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate RFQ's from both 2W and 4W OEM's.
• Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Product Costing : Prepare and submit the quotations to customers, and strive to convert the opportunities into profitable business.
• Willing to travel across the ASEAN region and have regular meetings with the customers in Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand
• Budget management: Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product development and operations teams to ensure timely samples submission to customers.
• Must Have Requirements : Good presentation skill, Proficient in : English, Microsoft Office etc. Knowledge of Japanese language will be added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration in Marketing.
• Minimum 3-4 Years of Proven experience in marketing within the automotive industry or auto component manufacturing sector is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of systems at 2W/4W OEM's like : Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Toyota etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey messages and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self motivated, and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and driving business growth.
