Lowongan Equipment Officer - Operation & Logistics (Surabaya) di PT Container Maritime Activities

JOB SUMMARY

a. Responsible for stock management all Indonesia offices

b. Responsible for maintaining all logistics KPI 

c. Manage free-used, empty repo, on/off-hire on time

d. Manage team members to achieve 100% productivity

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Shall go through daily stock situation, manage deficit and surplus location correctly with CPR

b. Shall maintain idle containers 5% less than 21 days

c. Manage empty repositions/ on-off hire within the time period

d. Manage import/export assign /maintain correct % in the depot system

e. Manage all reports within the time period (HO/ARO/terminals/customs)

f. Customers should be focused/handled to achieve company objectives (external / internal)

g. Liaise/communicate with ARO/HO logistics

h. Comply with Group policy

i. Maintain the logistics cost in Agency

j. Any other assignments as and when assigned by direct superior

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

1. Min. 2 years working experience at Shipping Agency for equipment control
2. Bachelor’s degree in Sea Transportation Management Preferably Logistics Management equivalent qualified in handling equipment and container movement

Professional Skills:

1. English Fluency in communication and correspondence
2. Knowledge of handling container, depot and terminal
3. Proficient in system and computer literacy

Personal Qualities:

1. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
2. Attained to detail and analytical mind
3. Overtime is required
