Minimum Requirement:

1. Associate Degree in Engineering, Science, IT, English or related
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Project Document Controller
3. Experience in the mining industry will be an advantage
4. Willing to be placed in the center of Kalimantan

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure all activities with respect to PTMC’s HSEC policies and procedures comply with the HSEC standards.
2. Ensuring contract documents are received and transmitted properly through a document control using a document transmittal.
3. Distribute design documents to site personnel in accordance with the Distribution Matrix.
4. Perform periodic internal audits of ‘issued’ document binders, and uncontrolled Contract documents including drawings, specifications, plans, and procedures binders for critical work activities.
5. Process external correspondence, including transmittals, document numbering, scanning into a dedicated Drive Directory, hard copy filing, and so on for complete traceability of permits and similar documents
6. Process correspondence/s to and from contractors or subcontractors, including technical queries or Request for Information (RFI’s) as applicable, vendor drawings for review, final quality dossier submissions, material data reports, and similar documents, including hard copy filing and scanning into dedicated Drive Directory.
