Lowongan Branch Manager (Surabaya) di PT Grand Multi Chemicals

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and coordinate operational activities at the branch office (storage of goods, delivery of goods, billing, etc.)
• Monitor that SOPs are carried out correctly by each employee at the branch office in accordance with their respective jobs and responsibilities
• Lead sales and marketing activities at branch offices to achieve targets set by the company
• Responsible for the security and cleanliness of the branch office
• Responsible for the completeness, maintenance, repair, effectiveness and efficient use of all facilities and infrastructure in the branch office
• Carry out supervision, coordination and evaluation functions of employee performance in branch offices
• Provide reports related to operations at the branch office to the head office and act as a liaison between the branch office and the head office
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties of the company
• Carry out risk management regarding possible problems that could occur at the branch office
• Provide solutions to various problems that arise at branch offices.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 8 years of working experience in selling industrial chemicals, and 3 years in managerial level
• Understand about operations and procedures for delivering goods to customers
• Able to manage and lead subordinate
• Strong leadership, target oriented, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of East Java area and willing to travel
• Able to drive a car and has valid driving license (SIM A)
• Able to work using Ms. Office, especially excel
