CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• 5+ years’ experience in customs clearance of coal export
• Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian coal export procedures, regulations and all supporting documents
• Familiar or experienced with South Kalimantan customs clearance system              
• Willing to be placed in site office in South Kalimantan
• Able to work in irregular work hours whenever necessary (depending on vessel’s loading completion to ensure vessel’s sailing out without delay)
• Computer literate
• English literate
• Mandarin literate will be a plus
• Details-oriented, organized, communicative and punctual

Job Description:

• Creates, prepares, obtains, compiles all the required documents needed to apply for and obtain Loading Permit, Laporan Surveyor Ekspor (LSE), Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB), Sailing Permit and COO Government in timely manner
• Monitors the whole process of vessel’s loading, from pre-loading to post-loading
• Keeps good coordination with stakeholders such as shipping agents, surveyors, port authorities, local customs officials, trade ministry officials, etc.
