JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or other related field
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in developer or marketing area. Preferable who had experiences in property industries.
3. Advanced proficiency in both English and Indonesia languages is required for this role.
4. Strong communication skills in dealing with clients
5. Strong analytical skill and creative mindset
6. Excellent interpersonal skill and sales-related skill

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Generates new marketing initiative including but not limited to personal, group, company and social target.
2. Develop a marketing strategy by analyzing historical, current and future and market trends and creating selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet and exceed goals.
3. Create proposals for prospective business and contracts to secure business.
4. Coordinate advertising campaigns as outlined in the media plan by assisting in media plan execution and participate in new media opportunities.
5. Maintain all social media platforms, interact in real time with all social media platforms by posting relevant content identifying opportunities of engagement within the targeted audience, and replying to comments and questions in a prompt manner.
6. Do competitor analysis: closely monitor what competitors are doing, which promotions, contests or initiatives are trending in social platforms.
7. Ensure all material is updated and accurate for all departments (flyers, signage, coupons and menus).
8. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales, rounds and revenue goals.
9. Quickly respond to customer issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance sales experiences.
10. Develop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, business and property agency industry accounts to maintain and increase market share.
11. Other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
