Job descriptions:

• Responsible for all finance, accounting, import, and export duties, including labeling, custom clearance, shipment tracking, etc;
• Supervises and coordinates finance, accounting, import, and export. Ensure that they are monitored, reported, and reviewed for accuracy and in compliance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedure
• Assist Warehouse and Logistic Supplier Management
• Update national and local regulations related to customs clearance matter for mfg shoes
• Communications & do report to Customs (Bea Cukai) in Bonded Zone
• Negotiation and communication with buyers to arrange import delivery schedules Communication with the Ministry of Trade, Customs (INSW, INATRADE, SIINas)
• Manage shipments of Document Import (Form E, BL, PIB, etc.)
• Handling technical problems in the field and trucking operational arrangements for container unloading activities
• Provide inventory data (stock)
• Perform calculations and analysis of import needs

Qualifications:

• Min. Accounting degree from reputable university
• Minimum of 10-year experience in Accounting, preferably in footwear manufacturer
• Great understanding of the process of bonded zone customs, Bea Cukai, PIB and PEB
• Having a ‘Knowing about customs’ certificate is a plus
• Able to speak English, both oral and written
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Ms. Office skill
• Attention to detail, good analytical thinking, and able to work under pressure
• Must have a tax brevet certificate A, B, and C
• Able to lead and provide training to subordinates
• Willing to be placed in Limbangan, Garut, West Java
